Q: Are Numbrrrz lip balms really organic?
A: Yes! We use certified organic ingredients like coconut oil, jojoba oil, and beeswax—simple, clean, and effective. No synthetic fillers or artificial flavors. Just real, good lip care.

Q: Do any of your lip balms contain seed oils?
A: The unscented base formula, along with lavender and peppermint are seed oil–free. A couple of our scented varieties (Strawberry and Coconut Vanilla) contain a trace amount of organic sunflower-derived carrier oil used to blend natural aromas—but we always disclose it.

Q: Are your lip balms safe for kids or sensitive skin?
A: Yes. Numbrrrz balms are gentle, clean, and made without synthetic fillers or petroleum. They're suitable for all skin types and ages.

Q: Are your products vegan?
A: Not at the moment. We use ethically sourced beeswax to deliver long-lasting hydration and protection.

Q: Are your products cruelty-free?
A: Yes! Our manufacturing partner does not test on animals, and we only work with suppliers who follow cruelty-free practices. While we’re not certified (yet!), it’s a core value of the brand.

Q: Do your lip balms contain artificial flavoring or fragrance?
A: Nope. We lightly scent select balms using organic flavor oils or essential oils. We never use artificial flavors or synthetic fragrances.

Q: What’s the shelf life of your lip balm?
A: Our balms are currently undergoing stability testing, but we recommend using them within 12 months of purchase to ensure freshness and performance. For even longer shelf life, store them in a cool, dry place—or pop them in the fridge during warmer months.

Q: What happens if my balm melts in the mail?
A: It’s totally safe to use! Just pop it in the fridge for 10–15 minutes and it’ll firm right back up.

Q: Are your lip balm containers safe and recyclable?
A: Absolutely. Our containers are made from recycled plastic that meets FDA standards for safety. They’re BPA-free, non-toxic, and safe to use on products that touch your skin and lips. Best part? They’re recyclable in most curbside programs—just check your local guidelines.

Q: Can I use this on more than just lips?
A: Definitely! Our balms aren’t just for lips — they work wonders on cuticles, dry patches, under eyes, and even for windburn or cold-weather skin. For multi-purpose use, we recommend starting with the Unscented. If you notice any irritation, simply discontinue use.

Q: Do you offer gift sets or bulk packs?

Q: Do you offer returns?
A: Due to the nature of personal care products, we don’t accept returns. That said, if anything’s off with your order, email us—we’ll always make it right.
