Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be in their original packaging
  • Unused or lightly used products qualify for a full refund
  • Include your order number and the reason for the return

How to request a refund

Refund method

Exchanges

Damaged or defective
