Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the warehouse.
Tracking your order
Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, email us.
Warm-weather shipping
Our balms are made with natural ingredients and no artificial stabilizers, which means they may soften in high heat during transit. If yours arrives soft, stand it upright at room temperature — it returns to normal consistency with no change in quality.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional time may apply). We don’t ship internationally yet. If you’re outside the US and want Numbrrrz, drop us a note — we’re working on it.
Lost or damaged
If your package goes missing or arrives damaged, email us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it. In most cases we ship a replacement at no extra cost.
