Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, please contact us.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our balms are made with natural ingredients and no artificial stabilizers, which means they may soften or melt during transit in high heat. If this happens, simply stand the balm upright and allow it to cool at room temperature. It will return to its normal consistency with no change in quality.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional shipping time may apply). We do not currently ship internationally. If you're outside the US and interested in Numbrrrz, email us — we're working on expanding.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at help@numbrrrz.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. In most cases, we'll ship a replacement at no additional cost.
